Gil has been involved in every stage of business from developing initial start-ups from raw concepts to working with billion dollar global conglomerates.

Gil is currently a franchise owner of First Choice Business Brokers, a company founded in 1994 and, through 25 years of brokering sales of small to midsize businesses, has done more than $8 billion in transactions, spanning every industry imaginable. Gil owns and operates the Hudson Valley location focusing primarily on serving Ulster and Dutchess counties.

Prior to that, Gil structured worldwide licensing deals between product inventors and direct response marketing companies. He launched a new golf product endorsed by Tiger Woods’ coach Hank Haney and marketed on the Golf Channel, ESPN and Fox Sports.

Gil, a CPA for more than 25 years, started his career at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) working with global entertainment companies like Viacom and Sony. He was involved with the initial launch of the Sony Playstation, the acquisition of Paramount Pictures by Viacom, MJJ Music (Michael Jackson’s joint venture with Sony Music), and the MTV Music Awards.

However, I enjoy working in all areas of real estate and have sold many types and classifications of property, including: Single Family to Multi Family, Residential to Commercial, Vacant Land to Estates.

AREAS SERVED – Dutchess County is my principal service area. Although, over the course of my career I’ve sold real estate in 7 Counties throughout the Hudson Valley region, including: Dutchess – Putnam – Westchester – Ulster – Orange – Greene – Columbia
